e² is now hiring ChUCK lead retention coordinators for the summer and 2025-2026 academic year! We’re looking for passionate and driven student leaders to help make the work we do possible.

For all applications, please submit them through THIS GOOGLE FORM. Refer to the job descriptions to find the correct position you would like to apply for. Applicants will need to provide the following items in their application:

  1. Resume and Cover Letter (examples here)

  2. Short answer questions (found in the Google Form)

ChALE Lead Coordinator

We’re hiring one ChALE Lead Coordinator to lead and facilitate ChALE meetings and programs.

The ChALE Lead Coordinator will experience developing and planning programs and large-scale events while incorporating a variety of ideas and feedback, which may include managing a budget and establishing clear timelines from start to completion. Additionally, they will experience working collaboratively with people from diverse ethnic, cultural, gender identity and expression, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The ChALE Lead Coordinator will also engage in collective and individual work to complete tasks and meet deadlines, including exercising good judgment and initiative. This will be reviewed in the ChUCK weekly meeting and 1:1 with mentors.

Start date: Summer - August 2025
Compensation: $19/hour

UMOJA Lead Coordinator

We’re hiring one UMOJA Lead Coordinator to lead and facilitate UMOJA meetings and programs.

CUSN Lead Coordinator

We’re hiring one CUSN Lead Coordinator to lead and facilitate CUSN meetings and programs.

The CUSN Lead Coordinator will experience developing and planning programs and large-scale events while incorporating a variety of ideas and feedback, which may include managing a budget and establishing clear timelines from start to completion. Additionally, they will experience working collaboratively with people from diverse ethnic, cultural, gender identity and expression, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The CUSN Lead Coordinator will also engage in collective and individual work to complete tasks and meet deadlines, including exercising good judgment and initiative. This will be reviewed in the ChUCK weekly meeting and 1:1 with mentors.

KAMP Lead Coordinator

We’re hiring one KAMP Lead Coordinator to lead and facilitate KAMP meetings and programs.

This will be reviewed in the ChUCK weekly meeting and 1:1 with mentors.
