ASF introduces UC Santa Cruz, the Bayanihan community, and college life to newly admitted students.

It focuses on depicting a peer-to-peer perspective of the student experience on this campus, and advocating the pursuit of higher education. The three-day event provides students with a chance to meet fellow admitted students to the university, as well as make connections with current UCSC students. It is also a chance to get important information on transitioning smoothly into the university. Workshops, tours, discussion, and networking opportunities allow participants to discover the importance of higher education, and highlight the communities and resources available to them in Bayanihan and at the UC overall.

Applications are closed and ASF 2018 has ended. Please check back again next Spring 2019.

Thank you, volunteers and participants!
