Speaker Blowout, is an annual UCSC event organized by students to create social, cultural, and political awareness surrounding issues that affect our communities. We at e^2 are currently accepting ideas and suggestions for this years upcoming Speaker Blowout in Spring 2008! Previous speakers for this event [including Jesse Jackson, Bobby Seale, Saul Williams, and Chuck D] have addressed issues regarding education and race. This year, we really want the community to be involved in the process of putting Speaker Blowout on!
